The first humans adapted and modified their environment, by manipulating soils and rich silt form the irrigation of the river valley. This allowed for greater use of agriculture which helped the population sizes increase and eventually evolved into a surplus. The humans began to domesticate animals and use them for work. All these adaptation and modifications let civilization eventually grow to the society it is today.
There are three branches of government: legislative, judicial and executive. Each branch is given its own independent suites within the government. The first branch to act is the legislative, declaring that a law should be made through congress; such as creating a environmental law on certain type of animal. The second branch is judicial, which decide how this law is going to be enacted; such as putting a ban on capturing or harming said animal. And the third branch is executive, this branch has to give its consent on the legislative and judicial approaches before they can be enacted.
