The bio-molecules which included carbohydrates, lipids, protein and nucleic acids. All these are used by cells and often obtained through foods we eat.The presence of proteins may be determined by mixing solution with biuret test solution /reagents.

Test solution is mixture of copper ion (Cu2+) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH). It is an organic molecule that includes carbohydrate , protein and nucleic acids. Important for the survival of living cells. Protein is the primary building materials of the human body like skin, hairs, muscles and organs are all composed of proteins.
