first step in any termination process is to conduct an exit interview

What is exit interview?

An exit interview is a survey conducted with a person who is leaving a company or relationship. This most commonly occurs between an employee and an organization, a student and a school, or a member and an association.

According to research, exit interview participation rates for paper interviews range between 30 and 35 percent, and this number rises for online interviews. If your company has 200 employees and a 10% employee turnover rate, you might see six completed exit interviews per year.

An exit interview is your final chance to express your thoughts about your workplace, your boss, and the company's policies. It's also an opportunity for you to provide constructive feedback on what you like and dislike about your job.

How did the New Deal change things for American Workers?
DochEvi [55]

The New Deal changed the role of government completely. Before the New Deal, government had essentially no role in steering the economy or in providing for the people. After the New Deal, the government has come to play a huge role in both of these things.

Before the New Deal, the government was expected to be more or less laissez-faire. It was supposed to just stay out of the way and let the economy rise or fall "naturally." If people were too old to work, they needed to rely on family. If a bank failed, its depositors were out of luck. The New Deal changed all of that.

Explanation:

3. MOH allocated to job= predetermined MOH rate * actual amount of allocation base used by the job

The predetermined overhead rate is used to apply manufacturing overhead costs to production jobs. the quantity of a cost driver required by a particular job is multiplied by a predetermined overhead rate to determine the amount of overhead cost applied to the job.

An estimate is made of

 1. the amount of manufacturing over head that will be incurred during a specific period of time and
 2. the amount of the cost driver ( or activity base) that will be used or incurred during the same time period. the predetermined overhead rate is computed as follows

Predetermined Overhead Rate= Budgeted Manufacturing Overhead Cost/ Budgeted amount of cost driver

The predetermined overhead rate is used to apply manufacturing overhead costs to production jobs. The quantity of the cost driver ( or activity base ) required by a particular job is multiplied by the predetermined overhead rate to determine the amount of overhead cost applied to the job.
