The human gene mutation database (HGMD) is a collection of published germ-line mutations in nuclear genes that underlie , or are closely associated with human inherited disease.

For identifying the pathogenic mutation among thousands to millions of genomic variant is a major challenges and prioritization strategies are required. Current strategies for Mendelian disease gene identification by exome re-sequencing.

Next generation sequencing (NGS) has been used to identify new pathogenic mutations and genes causing rare genetic diseases. The analyses of NGS data is not trivial and required a technically and biologically rigorous pipeline that address the data quality , accurate variant filtration to minimize mistakes.

Which group of non-prokaryotic organisms studied in microbiology typically have two life cycle stages: trophozoite and cyst?
Mama L [17]

Non-prokaryotic organisms typically have two life cycle stages: trophozoite and cyst is Protozoa.

What is Protozoa?

 • Protozoa is a group of single celled, non- prokaryotic organisms.
 • These may either be free living or parasitic in nature.
 • These are heterotrophs and reproduce asexually by binary fission.
 • The Protozoa consists of many unrelated or loosely related organisms.
 • They are divided into four major groups: Sarcodina, Flagellates, Ciliates and Sporozoans..
 • Some protozoa consist of two phases in their life cycle: proliferative stage (trophozoites) and resting stage (cysts).
 • Trophozoites consists of the proliferative stage in which the protozoa divides and reproduces.
 • The resting cyst form helps the protozoa to survive harsh environmental conditions like harmful chemicals, extreme temperature and nutrient and water deficiency.

An object with a mass of 20 kg and potential energy of 584 J is what distance above the ground
grigory [225]

Answer:

29.2 m

Explanation:

P=mh. Plug in the values.

584 J = 20 kg x h

h = 29.2 m

If it's gravitational potential energy multiply is by gravity which I think is 10 m/s.
