The victory of the United States, governed by McKinley, in the Spanish American War gave him a boost going into the 1900 presidential election.

An incumbent president often enjoys a boost to his popularity following a brief and victorious war. McKinley gave Americans a new vision for their role in the world, including military dominance in the Western Hemisphere and increased engagement on the world stage. These factors helped him get reelected.

Which of the following is TRUE about the Court's
Ilia_Sergeevich [38]

Answer:

B. their broadcasts can be regulated to ensure

they do not infringe on the rights of the public.

Explanation:

The Red lion Broadcasting ruling was a case between the Red lion Broadcasting and the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) in 1969 over the broadcast which was made by one of its broadcaster over allegations made towards Mr. Cook.

Moreover, the FCC request that the  Red lion Broadcasting provides time on their station for Mr. Cook to defend himself of the allegation made against him which they decline the request.

A case was instituted at the lower court by FCC where the judgment was delivered but subsequent appeal made the case to get to the appeal court and finally to the Supreme court.

The judgment of all the courts states that the FCC as a regulating body of all electronic media has control over them. The Supreme court affirms the lower courts judgments that the doctrine of fairness is backed by the constitution of the land.
