Polyuria, polyphagia, polydipsia, weight loss, and fatigue are the principal symptoms of type 2 diabetes, the three P's of diabetes. Clinical manifestation includes the following such as classic symptoms like polyuria, polyphagia, polydipsia and weight loss.

This type of diabetes correspond to increases in thirst , urination and appetite. It is high risk for developing diabetes should be alert to these symptoms and seek medical attention if they notice the above symptoms.

Polyuria is often one of the first signs of diabetes. In this condition makes sugar build up in your bloodstream. If kidneys aren't able to filter it out , it exist your body from urine. Extra sugar and fluids travel through kidney , have to pee more.
