When assigning group roles, the following fits best as per the talents of each one-

Nicole as the time-keeper, since she is comprehended for her capability to remain concentrated no matter how engaged she gets. Her punctuality and potent concentrating nature fits her best as a timekeeper.

Rahul as the facilitator since he makes sure everyone is heard impartially. A facilitator guides a conference and should remain neutral and these qualities make Rahul the best as a facilitator.

Marina as the note taker, since she listens attentively and is competent enough to grasp the best ideas in writing and creative writing.

Assume that Carmela had not actually been so passive in this situation, but rather, she was in fact guiding her father on how to
LiRa [457]

Answer:

No, the court would not have been so lenient with her.

Explanation:

Whether or not Carmela was passive in the situation or she was only guiding her father on how to go about the lawsuit, the court has every right and would have included her in the lawsuit with her father. This is so because her father and she would have been included in the lawsuit in default. Hence, it is not a matter of decency or not, but a matter of what is supposed to be.

What is considered the backbone of police work?
Goryan [66]
Well police work constitutes several different factors. One is to detect crime, and that more often than not, in all developed nations, involves surveillance and "Intel" on suspicious personnel. This can range from your day to day uniformed officers to the more high end types like covert FBI and CIA who are most often than not, seen wearing plainclothes.

Next is to deter crime, and this is done as a preventive action. This can come through the form of having good relationships with the surrounding community, building up support from the grassroots and of course, addressing the issues and crime related concerns poised by these stakeholders.

And the most commonly seen type of policing, would be the normal day to day patrol officers. These officers are deemed to be the front-liners against vice and criminal activities, and often than not perceived as the only backbone of policing work.

However, alike all corporate organizations, each police force has a wide range of supporting services which ensures the functionality of the police. But in essence, the above 3 factors constitutes the seen and unseen "backbone" of police work. Hope this helps:)<span />
