Allele frequency is a relative term that tells about the frequency of an allele in a population. To calculate allele frequency, the total number of allele of interest is divided by the total number of all the alleles present in that population.

Gene flow is the movement of the genes. It can move into a population or move away from the population. This results in change in the total gene pool of a small population. The migration can either ne natural or forced.
