In the mid-1960s, the student nonviolent coordinating committee (SNCC) experienced a transformation. this transformation included most of thing except Merging with the Black Panther Party.

Youth-led nonviolent direct action campaigns against racism and segregation were a goal of SNCC. The 1963 March on Washington, Freedom Rides, sit-ins, and voter education initiatives like the Mississippi Freedom Summer all benefited greatly from the participation of SNCC members.

Since the Black Panthers were a violent organization and the SNCC was a nonviolent one, the two organizations were excluded from the SNCC reform list merger in 1968. In 1968, SNCC attempted to unite with the Black Panther Party but failed, leading to its demise. Due to the early success of the organization, SNCC is recognized for removing institutional and psychological hurdles.

Compare the causes and effects of the development of constitutional monarchy in England with those of the development of absolut
Anvisha [2.4K]
It was the growing power of Parliament, and several incompetent monarchs which led to this. By the 17th century, Parliament had gained one power that the monarchy no longer had - they were in charge of raising taxes. King Charles I got into so many arguments over money, religion and political affairs that his own Parliament declared war on him. In the end, Parliament won and had the king executed. Oliver Cromwell became the dictator of England for 10 years (this period is known as the Commonwealth), and abolished an increasingly corrupt Parliament. After his death, both the Monarchy and Parliament were restored, and king Charles II became King. The Civil War led to a gradual increase in Parliament's power, which may well have stopped the country from having a revolution.

Hope this helps!
