Patients get well faster when they have a healthcare team caring for them. Each team member plays a critical role in helping a p

atient get better. Most of us just think about the doctor or nurse. In reality, everyone plays a role. This includes the nursing assistant, medical assistant, or health administrator who controls the budget. It also includes the person who cleans the exam room in between office visits. Each person has a job to do for the entire system to be successful.
Provide a real-life example of when you or someone you know has encountered a negative healthcare experience due to the staff not functioning as a team.
How do you think the experience would have been different if the team approach was used?

A real-life example of when I had a negative health experience due to the team not working as a team, was when I was hospitalized for surgery, and there was a big mismatch of information, instead of being a quick one, due to the big confusion I couldn't do the surgery because I received food and couldn't eat.

How do you think the experience would have been different if the team approach had been used?

If there was a logistics and exchange of information, I could do the pre-op faster, and not have lost the day and not have the surgery.

How is a medical team formed?

The multidisciplinary team can be made up of different health professionals, such as

 • doctors
 • nurses
 • nutritionists
 • psychologists
 • and physiotherapists,

for example, and the team's formation may vary according to the objective to be achieved.

With this information, we can conclude that A medical team is made up of the best specialists. This is because the greatest asset of a clinic is the people, both those who work for it and those who undergo consultations at it.

The questions has missed the multiple options. The options are as follows:

(a) organ, organ system, cellular, chemical, tissue, organismal; (b) chemical, cellular, tissue, organismal, organ, organ system; (c) chemical, cellular, tissue, organ, organ system, organismal; (d) organismal, organ system, organ, tissue, cellular, chemical.

Answer:

Option (c).

Explanation:

The evolution of the complex organisms take several billion years. The evolution of the organisms starts from the basic level and then move to the complex forms.

The hierarchy determines the level of the organization. Cell is the basic level of organization. The cells are formed by the union of chemicals. The cell combine together to form tissue. Tissue combines together to form the organ then the organ system and finally the whole organisms.

Thus, the correct answer is option (c).
