During exercise, athletes should drink fluid at rates that
denpristay [2]

Athletes should drink fluid at rates that exceed their sweat rates.

When sweat leaves the skin's pores, it evaporates into the air, taking some heat with it.

It's not just body temperature that causes sweating. During exercise, heart rate and blood pressure increase, which in turn cause the body to pump out more sweat.

To over come sweating excessive water is needed as water evaporates and comes out while exercising in the form of sweat.

What is the purpose of breathing exercises?
postnew [5]

The answer is C. Breathing exercises helps the body with the lungs and gives more oxygen to the brain to think more clearly and calmly, thus to "settle" the body/mind.

It is clearly not D because breathing exercises has no negative effects like "decreasing sense of awareness", that is just absurd.
A and B are not true and endorphins and adrenaline are not released during breathing exercises.
