When writing from the perspective of an American colonist, a sample is provided below.

The likely thing that would have occurred after an American colonist heard this news would be mixed feelings of happiness and anxiety as months of tension had finally escalated to full war.

What is the Battle of Lexington and Concord?

This refers to the battle that occurred between the British and American colonists on April 19, 1775, that led to an American victory over British forces.

Hence, we can see that they succeeded in destroying cannon and supplies in Concord Militia and drove back the British to Boston and this was just before the start of the American Revolutionary War
