The information that is included in the summary of the poem is an option(c) i.e when the woman leaves work, her fatigue vanishes.

Women Ironing is an unsentimental portrait of the Parisian working class that follows the traditions of realist painting established by Honore Daumier (1798-1879). Degas has plenty of opportunities to showcase his skills as an observer and painter in this piece. Degas captures the fleeting moment with exceptional talent, yet it is clear that extensive preliminary drawing lies behind the result that appears to be spontaneous – as he once remarked, "No art was ever less spontaneous than mine." The first washer woman is a large, muscular wench who is yawning and stretching while clutching a bottle of wine in her other hand. She doesn't have any ironing or washing in front of her. She is definitely weary and suffering from heat exhaustion. Her partner keeps working drowsily.

Gestures are exquisitely studied. A yawn has never seemed more natural, an iron has never been pressed downward with such authenticity, and the contrast between the first woman's upraised move and her colleague's downward motion enhances the impact of each.
