It defines morally upright behaviour as exhibiting virtues like bravery, loyalty, or knowledge. A inclination to act, think, and feel a specific way is a virtue in and of itself.

They make it possible for us to live up to our values. Virtues include things like sincerity, bravery, empathy, compassion, generosity, loyalty, integrity, fairness, self-control, and wisdom. The seven capital virtues are those that are opposed to the seven deadly sins. They are often referred to as opposing or restorative virtues. Chastity, temperance, generosity, diligence, kindness, patience, and humility are frequently listed as examples.
