Some important questions that historians keep in mind when they analyze primary source documents include:

 • When was the source created?
 • Who created the source?
 • What was the original purpose of this source?

What questions do historians ask?

In order to be able to analyze primary documents, there are several questions that historians need to ask. One of them is "when was the source created?" This shows them the context of the creation of the source in terms of other events that may have taken place.

They also need to ask who created the source so that they can tell how credible the information provided by such a person is. The original purpose of the source needs to be identified as well to ensure minimum bias so that credible conclusions can be made.

-Answer:

c. Order.

Explanation:

Anti-terrorism legislation is a federal law that was passed/ accepted for the protection of the people's freedom and to maintain order in society. This legislation is seen by most as a huge improvement in securing the safety of the people.

But at the same time, there are those who oppose the legislation by stating that it only puts too much emphasis on the idea of order. Order is necessary but not at the level of emphasis that the government is making it. It is the belief that in doing so, it will only lead to the focus on maintaining order and the need to keep it, prompting other aspects such as freedom and equality to be deemed less important.
