The modern practice of gerrymandering shows the issues in the convention because it is about the way that the states do not have equal population sizes so the boundaries of certain states have to be manipulated in order to create advantage for a party.

What is gerrymandering?

This is the political term that has to do with the ways that the boundaries of places are manipulated politically. It is done so as to create district boundaries.

This would have to create an advantage for a particular political party or for a group of social class of people.

How did FDR use radio to get his message to the American people and to build hope and
juin [17]
FDR used the radio to speak to the American people. During this time, no individuals had television, movies were just becoming a large thing, so there was no other way to reach the American people all at once other than a news paper. So by FDR doing over the radio and speaking to the American citizens who almost all universally had radios or access to them, it built trust and it built a unity because it showed the American citizens he cares for them.
