Human resource management is the process of finding, choosing, onboarding, orienting, training, and developing employees. It also includes evaluating employee performance, deciding compensation and benefits, inspiring employees, maintaining proper relationships with employees and their trade unions, and taking safety, welfare, and health precautions in accordance with labor laws.

For the creation or development of anything, the human being is a basic resource. Every organization wants to employ skilled workers who can help them become the best in their field.
