''In Xanadu according to the decree of Kubla Khan, in the place where Alph, the sacred river, ran “through caverns measureless to man / Down to a sunless sea.” Walls and towers were raised around “twice five miles of fertile ground,” filled with beautiful gardens and forests. A “deep romantic chasm” slanted down a green hill, occasionally spewing forth a violent and powerful burst of water, so great that it flung boulders up with it “like rebounding hail.” The river ran five miles through the woods, finally sinking “in tumult to a lifeless ocean.” Amid that tumult, in the place “as holy and enchanted / As e’er beneath a waning moon was haunted / By woman wailing to her demon-lover,” Kubla heard “ancestral voices” bringing prophesies of war. The pleasure-dome’s shadow floated on the waves, where the mingled sounds of the fountain and the caves could be heard. “It was a miracle of rare device,” the speaker says, “A sunny pleasure-dome with caves of ice!”

Answer: peoples rights

Explanation:

I would change the rights that people get. I don't think that everyone should have access to guns. I think that they should have strong limitations. If they added a law where you had to have a perfect criminal record, that is what I would like.

Why were bank failures common during the Depression?
Lera25 [3.4K]
Another phenomenon that compounded the nation's economic woes during the Great Depression was a wave of banking panics or “bank runs,” during which large numbers of anxious people withdrew their deposits in cash, forcing banks to liquidate loans and often leading to bank failure.Apr 23, 2010

what is the religious significance of the star of david? and why do you think the nazi picked the star of david for the jewish p
jok3333 [9.3K]

The Star of David is a Jewish symbol, a six pointed star, signifying God as the protector of David. It symbolizes the union of heaven and earth, with God reaching down to man and man reaching up to God. It also gained exposure among medieval Jewish mystics, who attached magical powers to King David's Shield.

The Nazi picked up the Star of David because the Jewish adopted this symbol in the 19th century as a striking and simple emblem of Judaism in imitation to the Christian cross. The yellow badge that Jews were forced to wear in Nazi-occupied Europe invested the Star of David with a symbolism indicating martyrdom and heroism. This was also used as a psychological tactic focused at isolating and dehumanizing the Jews of Europe, marking them as inferior to everyone else.
