Picasso was known for his gateway to true modern art. In the painting of Les Demoiselles d Avignon, Picasso was said to have stopped  all known form and representation that is said to regard traditional art.

He was known to have used distortion of female's body and geometric forms in a very innovative means.

In regards to the case above, I do agree with the author for the reason  that looking at a painting, a person can be able to alter their mood.

Note that  Not all peoples opinion of what art truly is one that can be the same as humans have different backgrounds, experiences, as well as situations, that tends to alter how we think of what art truly is.
