Mores distinguish between right and wrong (laws); folkways distinguish between polite and rude (manners and unwritten rules).

What distinguish between right and wrong what distinguish between right and rude?

The terms "mores" and "folkways" are attributed to American sociologist William Graham Sumner. Folkways establish a line between politeness and rudeness, whereas mores make a distinction between right and evil. While folkways may raise an eyebrow if they are violated, mores establish moral standards and have severe consequences.

What is the difference between a more and a folkway?

Mores are shared moral practices and traditions among the individuals that make up a society, as opposed to folkways, which are not. Folkways are customs that have been adopted and practiced by a group of people or an individual and have over time come to be seen as a way of life.

mezya [45]

Answer:

ownership, revenue to the bidders/companies/revenue collectors

Explanation:

the ijaradari sysytem was introduced by Warren Hastings under British India(British Colonisation) in 1773. Here the bidders bid for lands which were state owned and the highest bidders were auctioned the right to collect revenues from those lands while paying taxes to the state. the bidders were called contractors and were given this right for 5 years intially which was later made annually in 1777.
