You might want to limit the drinking,and probably,you could use night/dayquil. Well..I can't judge..Drink as much as you want,as long as you are good with your doctor.

1. cut, trim or otherwise prepare the food to be poached.

6. remove the food and hold it for service in a portion for the cooking liquid or, using an ice bath cool it in the cooking liquid.

Avoid riding on roadways. If there is a sidewalk you could ride on nearby, use it. Drivers get a little nervous if they're sharing the roadway with a bicycle.
