Here is information about Hercules.

Quick info on who he was.

Hercules was a celebrated hero, the son of Zeus and Alcmene, processing exceptional strength: among his many adventures were the twelve labors for his cousin Eurystheus, preformed in order to gain immortality.

Now let's get into the big part.

The greatest Greek hero ever was Heracles, also known as Hercules in Roman mythology. He was a demigod. He was a demigod since he was the child of Zeus, the monarch of Olympus, and Alcmene, a mortal queen. Zeus' extramarital romance enraged Hera, who unsuccessfully attempted to prevent the birth of the hero. Alcmene exposed the baby Heracles out of fear that Hera would exact punishment, but his half-sister Athena picked him up and took him to Hera. He was not recognized by Hera, who out of compassion nourished him with her milk. The goddess pushed Hercules away because he suckled her so painfully. And a little bit of milk dispersed over the cosmos, creating the milky way.

Originally called Alcides, he was subsequently given the name Heracles in an attempt to win the favor of Hera. Hera consistently gave Hercules trouble and attempted to kill him, but he always won out. Hera once poisoned Hercules's psyche, causing him to slaughter his own family out of a fit of blind wrath. He rushed to Delphi as soon as he understood what he had done and came to his wits. He was directed to King Eurystheus, whom he should serve for 10 years, by the Oracle there, who was led by Hera. He was given 10 difficult tasks by Eurystheus. He finished them, but the king tricked him into finishing two more. Later, these duties were referred to as "The Twelve Labors of Heracles."

These Twelve Labors in order were,

 1. Slay the Nemean Lion.
 2. Slay the nine-headed Lernaean Hydra.
 3. Capture the Golden Hind of Artemis.
 4. Capture the Erymanthian Boar.
 5. Clean the Augean stables in a single day.
 6. Slay the Stymphalian Birds.
 7. Capture the Cretan Bull.
 8. Steal the Mares of Diomedes.
 9. Obtain the girdle of Hippolyta, Queen of the Amazons.
 10. Obtain the cattle of the monster Geryon.
 11. Steal the apples of the Hesperides (he had the help of Atlas to pick them after Hercules had slain Ladon).
 12. Capture and bring back Cerberus.

Later, Hercules had several adventures. He had a large number of male and female lovers, as well as several kids. He is commemorated by a constellation. Hercules is viewed as a representation of masculinity, virility, power, strength, and other positive traits. He was one of the most well-known mythological heroes.

Alisiya [41]

Answer:

Tides are the periodic rise and fall of surface water caused by the gravitational force of the moon and the sun and by the rotation of the earth. The movements of the solar system that influence the tides are predictable; therefore changes in tide height and time are predictable.
