According to the principle of original horizontality, likely occurred to the rock layers in the background They smashed at an angle. They were deposited at an angle. They were deposited vertically and then moved by a geologic event.

What are the rocks layers?

Rock layers are also named strata (the plural form of the Latin word stratum), and stratigraphy is the science of strata. Stratigraphy sells with all the features of layered rocks; it includes the study of how these rocks connect to time.

What are the rock layers from oldest to youngest?

The rule of superposition states that rock strata (layers) farthest from the ground cover are the oldest (formed first) and rock strata (layers) closest to the soil surface are the most immature (created most recently).

The moon's angular size is about 12∘. what is this in arcminutes?
Evgesh-ka [11]
Hmm, first of all, the angular size of the moon is around 0,5^{o} . When we measure sizes of objects in the sky, we cannot determine how far each of them lies and we cannot acoount for that; so for example, the sun and the moon have roughly the same size on the sky, despite the sun being much bigger in reality. This "sky-size" is measure with how big an angle the spherical object takes up in the sky (and specifically how big an angle a diameter of that object takes up). A whole circle around the night sky takes up 360 degrees, so 720 moons could fit in this circle (approximately). We see that a degree is a big unit of measurement, so we have smaller ones. Degrees have a subdivision, arcminutes. One arcminute is 1/60 of a degree. Thus 1 degree has 60 arcminutes in it. Hence, half a degree contains 30 arcminutes. Thus, the moon has roughly an angular size of 30 arcminutes.

lorasvet [3.4K]

Answer:

All issues are related to each other.

Explanation:

 • Environmental issues like Biodiversity and genetic modification related to the alterations in the genetic makeup of species richness on earth. Biodiversity today faces a challenging situation where the loss of habitats and modification of the environment takes place that leads the species to adapt fast to the next environment. Either by natural selection or genetic drift.
 • Deforestation is the complete removal or clearance of forest land by man for construction or development purposes, which leads to the development of desertic conditions over the natural landscape as trees hold the soil by roots from getting blown away.
 • Global warming and ozone layer depletion, both causes of man-made anthropogenic wastes and harmful gases that warm and destroy the upper atmosphere and raise the temperature of the world's oceans and water levels.
