The Articles of Confederation served as the written document that established the functions of the national government of the United States after it declared independence from Great Britain.

The Articles of Confederation was the first Constitution in the national government of the United States which meant that it was the first constitution to establish a national U.S. government. The preservation of the states power' freedom and independence was a driving concept of the Articles.

However, it needed to be replaced because it had created a very weak national government and by so doing, threatened the unity of the nation because the national government might be unable to keep states from going against each other.

weeeeeb [17]

Answer:

the court will most likely do nothing

Explanation:

Based on the information presented in the passage in regards to the situation at hand it can be said that the court will most likely do nothing. This is because the arbitrator (which is a court official) already closed the case, if there was an error in her findings of fact they needed to be presented or disputed during the case, since once the verdict is given it is final.
