Maintenance activities include changing programs, procedures, or documentation to ensure proper system performance. These maintenance activities adapt the system to changing requirements and make the system operate even more efficiently.

Maintenance activities can basically be divided into two parts, namely planned maintenance activities and unplanned maintenance activities.

Planned maintenance can be defined as maintenance that is organized and carried out with forethought, control and recording according to a predetermined plan.

Unplanned maintenance is usually carried out after the asset or equipment is damaged. This was done because the maintenance work had not yet been planned. Unplanned maintenance can occur when there is no formal maintenance strategy in place.

The type of maintenance cannot be the same for every equipment. It depends on the method, cost, and critical level. The following types of maintenance methods are commonly used in several industries

  • Preventive maintenance
  • Predictive maintenance
  • Corrective maintenance
  • Fault maintenance

int minInArray1(int arr[],int arrSize)//declaring method minInArray1

{

if(arrSize == 1)//use if block to check arrSize value is equal to 1

}

else //defining else block

{

int max= minInArray1(arr, arrSize-1);//use integer variable max to call method recursively

if(arr[arrSize-1] < max)//use if block to check array value

{

max = arr[arrSize-1];//use max to hold array value

}

return max;//return max variable value

}

}

int minInArray2(int arr[], int low, int high)//defining a method minInArray2

{

if(low == high) //use if to check low and high variable value are equal

{

return arr[low];//return low variable value

}

else //defining else block

int minimum = minInArray2(arr, low+1, high);//defining integer variable minimum to call method minInArray2 recursively

}

}

Output:

please find the attached file.

Explanation:

In the given code two methods, "minInArray1 and minInArray2" is defined,  in the "minInArray1" it accepts two-variable "array and arrSize" as the parameter, and in the "minInArray2" method it accepts three integer variable "array, low, and high" as the parameter.

  • In the "minInArray1" method, and if the block it checks array size value equal to 1 if the condition is true it will return the first element of the array, and in the else block the max variable is defined, that calling method recursively
  • and store its value.
  • In the "minInArray2" method, an if the block it checks low and high variable value is equal. if the condition is true it will return a low array value. In the next step, the minimum value is defined, which checks the element of the array and uses a low array to store its value.
  • In the main method an array and four integer variable "r1, r2, r3, and r4" is defined, which calls two methods "minInArray1 and minInArray2" and use print method to print its value.

The answer is Forward.
One microsleep warning sign occurs when you catch yourself leaning <span>Forward in the drivers sea.</span> Microsleeping while driving is surprisingly common and according to surveys, at least 10 percent admitted to having slept briefly while at the wheel. A person is likely to fall asleep when he or she is the driver of the vehicle and may likely lean forward because the individual does not have anything to lean on but only the steering wheel.<span />

Answer:

Option D:  monthName.splice(2, 3, "Mar", "Apr", "May");

Explanation:

splice is a JavaScript array method which can be used to insert or remove item(s).

It has general syntax:  splice( i, n , item1, item2, item3, .... , itemX)

  • i : index position of the array where the item should be inserted or removed
  • n: number of item(s) should be removed starting from index-i
  • item1,item2,....itemX :  item(s) to be inserted

If we have an original monthName array with elements:

["January", "February", "March", "April", "May", "June", "July", "August", "September", "October", "November", "December"]

monthName.splice(2, 3, "Mar", "Apr", "May")  will

  • remove 3 items from index position-2 ("March", "April" and "May")
  • and insert three new items, "Mar", "Apr" and "May".

New array:

["January", "February", "Mar", "Apr", "May", "June", "July", "August", "September", "October", "November", "December"]
