Gibberellins are hormones produced in the root tips of plants. The plant uses these hormones to stimulate the growth of shoots.

Gibberellins affect other parts of the plant by it being absorbed through the stomata and attaching to chloroplasts before being transported through vascular tissues to other parts of the plant such as the shoot etc.

This reefers to chemical messengers which help in the coordination of different types of activities in the body system.

An example of a plant hormone is Gibberellins which is produced in the root and is responsible for the stimulation of the growth of shoots.

They get to the other parts of the plants for action by absorbed through the stomata and attaching to chloroplasts before being transported through vascular tissues.
