The reasons why Historians will often arrive at different interpretations about the past is because C. they have different points of view regarding certain topics.

Why are historian interpretations separate?

Even if Historians have access to the same historical data, there have been many instances where they don't arrive at the same interpretations about that data.

The reason for this is that they have different points of view about that topic and this often leads to them using different methods of interpretation.

There are also different motives at play which can influence how things are calculated. For instance, a historian from a country that committed atrocities might try to downplay those atrocities.
