The naturalization process is a policy act and it is passed by the Congress government that immigrants who have resided for more than two years in the USA are eligible for citizenship.

What is naturalization policy?

The Naturalization policy is an act which was passed by the government to provide that any men or women who have resided in the United States of America for more than two years are eligible for citizenship. Any individual can fill out the citizenship form from the local court in any state provided with a two-year record. And citizenship is granted on the basis of good moral character with respect to the constitution.

The naturalization act also states that citizens get the same rights and privileges in the country. This law is the same for women who are married to US citizens. She should meet the requirements of the policy to become a citizen.
