Answer:Choose a period of your life to write about. ...

Set a decent amount of time aside to do the writing. ...

Let go of having to write deathless prose on your first draft. ...

Gather your support material prior to the start of the month. ...

Follow the day-to-day suggestions listed below.

Explanation: A theme: When writing a book of your life experiences, it's tempting to try to write every interesting personal story that has occurred in your life. However, memoir writing should focus on a specific theme or lesson, and every compelling story included in a good memoir should support that theme.

One day I woke up with a pain in my eyelid and a certain redness. The pain continued for many days and my eyelid started to swell. I knew I needed to go to the doctor to see what was going on before I took a bigger proportion, but I was negligent and I was afraid and I let time go by and my eyelid got bigger and bigger to the point where I couldn't open my eye.

In this situation, I could no longer avoid going to the doctor and when I went I knew it was a cyst and that it could have been easily resolved with the use of ointments, however, the way it was now only surgery would solve it. I was very sad and disappointed in myself because I allowed things to get to that point, but I scheduled the surgery and attended the office on the appointed day.

The surgery was quick and my recovery too, but I learned that we must not let our fear dominate us, especially when something related to our body and our health is not going well, we can cause unpleasant situations if we are not courageous and take the initiative of related things ourselves.
