The advice should the nurse give the family is "The client exists unaware of his left side. You should approach him on the right side."

What is stroke?

A stroke sometimes named a brain attack, happens when something blocks the blood supply to a region of the brain or when a blood vessel in the brain bursts. In either case, parts of the brain become injured or die. A stroke can generate lasting brain damage, long-term disability, or even death.

A stroke exists as a medical emergency. Symptoms of stroke possess trouble walking, speaking, and understanding, as well as stiffness or numbness of the face, arm, or leg. Early therapy with medications like tPA (clot buster) can minimize brain damage. Other treatments focus on limiting difficulties and preventing additional strokes.

There exist two main reasons for stroke: a blocked artery (ischemic stroke) or leaking or bursting of a blood vessel (hemorrhagic stroke). Some individuals may include only a temporary disruption of blood flow to the brain, understood as a transient ischemic attack (TIA), that doesn't generate lasting symptoms.

Hence, The advice should the nurse give the family is "The client exists unaware of his left side. You should approach him on the right side."

For a 2,000-calorie diet, how many cups of milk or the equivalent per day does myplate recommend?
sergij07 [2.7K]

3 cups of milk, or the equivalent, per day are advised for only a 2,000 caloric diet, according to My-Plate.

My-Plate recommendation:

 • According to My-Plate recommendation, the dairy category covers dairy products such as milk, yogurt, cheese, lactose-free milk, fortified soy milk, and yogurt. It excludes dairy products with high fat and low calcium content including cream cheese, sour cream, cream, and butter.
 • Human age, height, weight, degree of physical activity, and the quantity of dairy required will all affect how much you need. The quantity for women may also change depending on whether they are nursing or pregnant. My-Plate study shows that about 90% of Americans do not consume enough dairy, thus most people would benefit from increasing their diet of fat-free or low-fat dairy products, whether they come from milk (including lactose-free milk), yogurt, or cheese.

a term named for a person or a place, such as alzheimer disease named for the physician who first described the symptoms as seen
AysviL [449]

A term named for a person or a place, such as alzheimer disease named for the physician who first described the symptoms as seen in a patient, is referred to as Eponym.

What is Eponym?

This is referred to as a place or a thing which is believed to be named after something and in this case, it is referred to as what we call Alzheimer which is common with older people.

Alois Alzheimer is referred to as a German neuropathologist who identified the first published case of presenile dementia in 1906 through the various symptoms he observed in the patient.

This was the reason why when this condition was fully confirmed by others later on it was named after him and is being referred to as Alzheimer disease today.

This is therefore the reason why Eponym was chosen as the most appropriate choice.
