True experimental designs are not characterized by descriptive statistics.

When trying to mathematically and statistically establish or refute a concept, true experimental design is thought to be the most accurate type of experimental study. Descriptive statistics cannot therefore be used to describe them.

A subset of statistics known as descriptive statistics is focused on characterizing the properties of existing data. Summary information about population data or sample data is provided by descriptive statistics. A vital branch of statistics that complements descriptive statistics and is used to draw conclusions about population data is inferential statistics.

Measures of central tendency and measures of dispersion are the broad classifications for descriptive statistics. Learn more about descriptive statistics, its different types, formulas, and examples by reading this article.

Vladimir79 [104]

Answer:

No, Tonya is not acting ethically.

Explanation:

 • When Tonya accepted the job that was offered by the current employer, she must have been informed that she would be getting only five paid leaves per year. She must have got the job only after she accepted the condition put in front of her.
 • Now if Tonya chooses to lie to the employer telling that she is sick, it is definitely unprofessional and unethical.
