An effective strategy for giving a persuasive speech if we want to give our audience to stop acting in a certain way is to talk at length about the problem, but avoid offering specific solutions.

What is a persuasive speech?

In a particular kind of speech called a persuasive speech, the speaker seeks to persuade the audience to agree with his or her point of view. The structure of the speech is intended to influence the listener to accept the expressed viewpoint in full or in part. While persuading the audience to adopt a perspective is the main objective of a persuasive speech, not all audiences can be persuaded by a single speech, and not all perspectives can persuade an audience. A sales pitch is an illustration of a persuasive speech. The speaker's goal when giving a sales presentation is to persuade the audience to purchase his or her good or service. The audience (the person being sold to) will decide whether to buy the good or service if the salesperson is successful. Salespeople are aware that just because a customer doesn't buy after the first pitch does not necessarily mean the pitch was unsuccessful. Often, persuasion involves a process. Before they are ready to adopt a new perspective, people may require several attempts at persuasion and a wealth of outside knowledge.

In paragraph form, and in at least 250 words, describe the Columbian Exchange, and provide examples of the major things exchange
sasho [114]

Answer and explanation:

The Columbian exchange or Columbian interchange is a term named after Christopher Columbus. It refers to the colonization and subsequent trade that began with Columbus's trip in 1492. The Columbian exchange involved the Americas, Europe, and West Africa during the 15th and 16th centuries, and resulted in an extensive transfer that greatly impacted all involved. The term contemplates not only the trade of goods, but also of animals, people, cultures, and even diseases. Some of the major things exchanged were domesticated animals - horse, donkey, chicken, cattle, turkey, parrots, guinea pig, etc. -, and fruits and plants - acai, avocado, broccoli, celery, carrot, chia, pecan, oregano, etc. It's worth remembering that products were exported to and from both the New and the Old Word. A side effect of such contact between different continents and people was the transfer of diseases. Indigenous people in the Americas were decimated by the illnesses transmitted by colonizers. The exchange of cultures had a great impact on both Europe and North America. Enslaved Africans brought their knowledge concerning agrarian practices such as water control and milling. Europe began shifting towards Capitalism and was the subject of population growth due to the availability of new products and crops. Colonizers introduced European values to indigenous nations, ranging from land possession and division to monogamy. There was a noticeable disrupt in ecosystems, since the trade of animals brought in invasive species - a species that is not native and, for that reason, tends to spread and damage the environment.

To describe God as 'omnipotent' is the best way to understand God. Evaluate this statement. In your answer you should: Refer to
melomori [17]

The correct answer to this open question is the following.

In the Islam world, it is correct to say "to describe God as 'omnipotent' is the best way to understand God." This is one of the most powerful Muslim teachings.

For Islam, God is the most powerful force in the Universe. In the Muslim concept of God, he also has all the perfect characteristics of a supreme being. He can be considered the king of kings, judge of judges, the beginning and the end, all things expressed in one, and many more powerful concepts.

For Muslim people, God has the power to exert control and dominion over all its creatures, including humans. That is why under Islam, humans are the subjects, faithful followers of his teachings.

This Islam point of view is so respectable and honored, like all other points of view of other major religions as is the case of Judaism, Christianism, Hinduism, or Catholicism.

These other major religions have similar concepts about the power and the presence of God, however, with different names and representations.

In the end, God as a deity has many similarities between religions.

The big question here would be. If that is the case, then why is it that nations make war for religious reasons?
