If you are seeing this letter, then it must be 100 years already. Life in 2022 was simple and sweet. My family was having the best days of their live under a pandemic struck and a lot of people were killed. I do not want the same to happen to you people, hence this letter.

Staying healthy is one of the ways to live a long life. So to you reading this letter, to your families and communities, i would advice that you need to Drink a lot of water and stop taking too much of caffeine product.

Lastly i will encourage all to eat a well-balanced food because it helps the body to fight of foreign invaders or sickness. I hope that you stay health and remain fit.
