The reliability method which involves correlating scores on two different, but equivalent versions of the same instrument is called the Parallel forms method.

Parallel forms method of reliability is a form of method which tests whether two tests are equivalent or not. Equivalent in the context that they consist of the same kind of items of equality. But it is to note that not the same kind of items are administered to the same individuals. This method of reliability is obtained by administering different versions of an assessment tool.

The parallel forms method is also known as the method of Equivalent forms. The method's main advantage is that it can avoid some problems which are associated with test resting.

The parallel forms method also has some drawbacks. Here, we have to create a large number of questions that measure the same construct. Also, proving that the two test versions are parallel can become a major difficulty or challenge.

There are mainly four types of reliability methods:

  • Inter-Rater Reliability.
  • Test-Retest Reliability.
  • Parallel Forms Reliability.
  • Internal Consistency Reliability.

Mnenie [13.5K]
Of all the ancient calendar systems, the Maya and other Mesoamerican systems are the most complex and intricate. They used 20-day months, and had two calendar years: the 260-day Sacred Round, or tzolkin, and the 365-day Vague Year, or haab. These two calendars coincided every 52 years.

BARSIC [14]

Answer: Quid pro quo

Explanation:

Quid pro quo is defined as a favour granted in return for something done. Betty wants promotion and Ben wants to take advantage of her by granting her a promotion on the basis of Betty fulfilling his sexual flavours. This is an assualt and an unfavourable condition for Betty if she doesn't want to and as such promotion should be merit on stands of hardworking and not an immoral favour.
