Feedback lets you know how your message is being received.

The feedback is the last step of the procedure that ensures the receiver has obtained the message and interpreted it correctly because it became meant with the aid of the sender. It will increase the conversation's effectiveness as it lets the sender realize the efficacy of his message.

Without feedback, communication is nothing more than information. This makes remarks the number one thing within the communique process as it gives the sender the opportunity to analyze the effect of the message. It allows the sender to make sure that the recipient has interpreted the message effectively.

Whatever a speaker communicates to someone else. The aim is to have your supposed message be the message that is really communicated; depends on each what you assert (verbal message) and the way you are saying it (nonverbal message.) Target audience sends lower back messages in their personal; lets you recognize how your message is being received.

Answer:

d) Cognitive constructivism

Explanation:

Cognitive constructivism: The term cognitive constructivism is given in Jean Piaget's theory of cognitive development. Piaget argues that an individual produces different kinds of knowledge and based on that knowledge an individual creates meaning through experiences. He believed that human beings can't process information all of sudden but it takes time for them to form their construct and then understand that information.

Fundamentally, Cognitive constructivism consists of four attributes, such as learning activities, teaching methods, etc.

Types:

1. Cognitive Constructivism.

2. Social Constructivism.

3. Radical Constructivism.

WINSTONCH [101]

The most likely diagnosis  Phencyclidine intoxication

Reason :

Some of the hallmarks of a substance-induced problem are the presence of aggressive behavior involving fighting, vertical or horizontal nystagmus, agitation, impaired judgment, and impaired social or occupational functioning. Hallucinations may be present, but they are not always; if hallucinations are present, the patient usually knows that they are substance-induced. In this case, the patient did not report a feeling of paranoia. There is no basis for a diagnosis of antisocial personality disorder, and there is no evidence of psychosis. A careful history should include an inquiry regarding any substances used.

What is Psychotic disorder ?

Drug-induced psychosis, also known as substance-induced psychotic disorder, is simply any psychotic episode that is related to the abuse of an intoxicant. This can occur from taking too much of a certain drug, having an adverse reaction after mixing substances, during withdrawal from a drug, or if the individual has underlying mental health issues.

Antisocial personality disorder :

Antisocial personality disorder is characterized by a pattern of disregard for and violation of the rights of others. The diagnosis of antisocial personality disorder is not given to individuals under the age of 18 but is given only if there is a history of some symptoms of conduct disorder before age 15.

Brief Psychotic Disorder has a sudden onset of at least one psychotic symptom ( delusions, hallucinations, disorganized speech, grossly disorganized or catatonic behavior). The psychotic symptoms last less than 1 month and are followed by a full recovery.

Schizophrenia :

Schizophrenia is characterized by some combination of hallucinations, delusions, and extremely disordered thinking and behavior that impairs daily functioning, and can be disabling.

The correct answer is phencyclidine intoxication.
