The elderly client is suffering from constipation due to which the nurse should review the patient’s past medical and surgical history first.

You may experience constipation if you have less than three bowel movements per week, stools that are hard, dry, or lumpy, stools that are unpleasant or difficult to pass, or stools that leave you with the impression that some stool is still in your system. Usually, you can take action to avoid or treat constipation.

Passing less than three stools per week, having lumpy or hard stools, and straining to go to the bathroom are some indications of constipation.

Plasma is the liquid portion of the blood. It is not the plasma that most of us is really common with. It is not the four states of matter but rather the it is called a blood plasma and it contains antibodies and other proteins.

77julia77 [94]

The increase in the number of surveys related to dogs in the period may have occurred due to the increase in the number of cases of non-elderly dog deaths.

First, an initial research was done to identify if there were any pathological or external agents, such as the weather, that explained the dogs' death. Once the causative agent is discovered, further research is commissioned to understand the mechanisms of action of the causative agent of death and ways to prevent such events from happening.
