so,

so,

$\frac{40}{100}\times12=4.8kg$

so,total weight

$0.64+4.80=5.44kg$

let total mass pf mixture containing x % peanuts.

so,

$\begin{gathered} \frac{5.44}{16}=\frac{x}{100} \\ 34=x \end{gathered}$
