The tubes that carry sperm can become less elastic, a process called sclerosis. The testicles continue to produce sperm, but the rate of sperm production decreases.

The epididymis, seminal vesicles, and prostate lose some of their superficial cells. But they continue to make the fluid that helps carry sperm. Prostate enlargement in older men is one of the most common age-related diseases and is defined as benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). As hormone levels drop, other changes occur in the reproductive system. , including: Vaginal walls become thinner, dry, less elastic, and possibly irritated. Sometimes sex becomes painful due to these vaginal changes. Your risk of vaginal yeast infections increases. The researchers looked at four groups: about 800 men in total ages 20 to 60, all of whom were undergoing fertility treatments with their partners.

Explain the Process—Finish filling in the steps your idea would have to go through to become a law at both the federal and state
serious [3.7K]

Answer:

Hi i hope this helps!

Laws begin as an idea of a Senator or Representative. He/she produces a rough draft of the plan and sponsors it, which makes it a bill.

The bill then goes to whichever legislative branch (Senate or House) the Senator or Representative belongs for study.

If released by the committee, the bill is put on a calendar to be voted on, debated or amended.

If the bill passes by a simple majority (218 of 435), the bill moves to the Senate.

In the Senate, the bill is assigned to another committee and, if released, debated and voted on. Again, a simple majority (51 of 100) passes the bill.

A conference committee made of House and Senate members works out any differences between the House and Senate versions of the bill. The resulting bill returns to the House and Senate for final approval.

The Government Printing Office prints the revised bill in a process called enrolling. The bill then goes to the President.

The President has ten days to sign or veto the enrolled bill.
