The way that the young offenders act differs from the juvenile delinquent act is that the young offenders act has to do with the way that the criminal proceedings would go for the offenders that are under the age of 18 while the juvenile act is to take care of delinquent acts and not for crime.

What is the young offenders act?

This is the term that is used to refer to the act of the people of Canada that was enacted in the year 1982.

This was the act that was created to deal with the issues of crime that the people under the age of 18 would commit in Canada. This has to do with the way that the prosecution and the proceedings in the court of law would go.

The juvenile act on the other hand is an act that takes care of the issues that the people that also under the age of 18 would commit in the nation. These are the issues that are known not to be criminal in nature.

Hence we would say that The way that the young offenders act differs from the juvenile delinquent act is that the young offenders act has to do with the way that the criminal proceedings would go for the offenders that are under the age of 18 while the juvenile act is to take care of delinquent acts and not for crime.
