Colonists revolted over unjustly inflated taxes, a lack of forts to protect them against Indians, and being refused permission to defend themselves.

This is further explained below.

Who is the Personal Bias?

Generally, One kind of bias is known as personal bias, and it occurs when a person makes decisions, acts speaks or writes things that are seen to be advantageous or detrimental to his cause or interests. Personal bias may also be a form of bias.

It is reasonable to assume that the paper that Nathaniel Bacon authored would have a personal bias since he would want to write things that benefit him when other people read it and given that he led the insurrection, it is reasonable to assume that he created it.

In conclusion, The colonists rose up in rebellion as a result of unjustly increased taxes, a lack of adequate protection against Indians in the form of forts, the colonists' inability to form an alliance with the Indians, and they were being refused permission to defend themselves.

Article IV section 2 of the United States Constitution includes the Privileges and Immunities Clause. However, in addition to this, it also contains the Extradition Clause and the Fugitive Slave Clause.

The Extradition Clause states that a person charged in any state with treason, felony or other crime and fleeing from justice is found in another state, may be extradited to the state from which he fled on request of the executive authority of that same state.

The Fugitive Slave Clause stated that fugitive slaves who scaped to a different state were not to be liberated, but to be returned to their masters. However, the clause was rendered moot when the Thirteenth Amendment abolished slavery.
