To prevent fraud, a will must adhere to statutory formalities intended to make sure the testator was aware of his or her actions at the time the will was made.

What are the requirements to make a will?

A person must be of legal age in order to make a will that is valid. The majority age is 18 in the majority of states. There might be exceptions, though, like being married or serving in the US military.

What is important to understand about a will witness?

The will is witness-signed and dated. They may also sign an affidavit that states their authentication of the will and their signature. If a testator has a spouse, the will should list what is to be provided for him or her. All states have laws that prevent the spouse from being disinherited.

Why do people drink and drive??

(just a few sentences won't hurt)
Salsk061 [2.6K]

Well, when people drink (usually they drink to try to forget something bad that happened) they tend to make not very smart decisions and one of them is driving when intoxicated. They may get on the road to go somewhere despite being intoxicated, and they may just want to harm themselves not thinking of anyone else.

How does development gather speed
RSB [31]

Answer:

Speed meaning momentum I would think you mean. And an inanimate concept of development gathers no momentum. I think you are asking how some team of people working on a development, gather momentum with their effort? Which of course depends on the team & the discipline of the effort. A team trying to gain momentum with their project in medicine would be very difficult indeed. Too many safeguards in place to stop momentum. Some new website concept might be hard to restrain it’s momentum. So since the question is so general & open ended, it is almost unanswerable. Being in the single category ‘Speed’ seems to deal with physics. I still believe the question is about the human construct ‘project development’ rather than physics.
