The supreme court and any other lesser courts that the Congress might from time to time establish and prescribe shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all legal matters in the United States.

The judges of both the highest and lower courts shall serve in good standing and earn compensation for their services at predetermined intervals that will not decrease while they are still in office.

Court organization, judge tenure, and judge compensation:

Regarding how the federal judiciary is set up, the Constitution is essentially silent. Everyone quickly agreed that there should be a federal judiciary. But there was substantial debate over whether it should consist of a single high court at the top of the federal judicial system or a high court with appellate authority over state courts that would initially hear all but a small percentage of cases involving national problems.

A "National judiciary [to] be constituted to comprise of one or more supreme courts, and of lesser tribunals, to also be chosen by the National Legislature" was outlined in the Virginia Plan.

sladkih [1.3K]

Leadership was a key factor in the creation of great civilization. Paca the Great was a leader that expanded Mayan power and initiated a building program that produced Mayan's finest architecture and Arts. Moctezuma's leadership played a role in building the last stage of the temple Ehecatl and he conquered some regions in Mexico. However, his leadership ended up being not so good for Aztecs when he helped Spaniards to conquer Mexico because he was convinced that Hernan Cortez was a god. Moctezuma was lapidated by his people.

Write 75 to 100 words supporting the following statement:
horrorfan [7]

Answer:

African Americans advanced civilization during the middle ages:

The Kingdom of Kush--- Though often overshadowed by its Egyptian neighbors to the north, the Kingdom of Kush stood as a regional power in Africa for over a thousand years. This ancient Nubian empire reached its peak in the second millennium B.C., when it ruled over a vast swath of territory along the Nile River in what is now Sudan

The Land of Punt--- Few African civilizations are as mysterious as Punt. Historical accounts of the kingdom date to around 2500 B.C., when it appears in Egyptian records as a “Land of the Gods” rich in ebony, gold, myrrh and exotic animals such as apes and leopards. Egyptians are known to have sent huge caravans and flotillas on trade missions to Punt
