Answer:

Dear joe,

How are you! how's your life man! I hope you are fit as a fiddle. I am really sorry for not answering to your last text. I have been really busy preparing for my end of the year exam.

Anyway, Last week I bought a custom made mug from Amazon to give it to my mother as a mothers days gift. However today morning the package came to my doorstep. I ran fast as I can from the kitchen to get the package. To my surprise, when I open the package, the handle of the mug was broken. Instantly I started to freak out and at the moment I contacted the seller. Few second later he replied and told send a photo of it. So I did what seller ask me do and wait for a reply. Fortunately to my luck earlier today the seller responded to give me 70% refund back in 15 working days and ask me to keep the mug. I was so relieved to hear the news.

Well its time to go to my tuition class. Looking forward to hear from you soon.

With regards,

Antony.
