<h3>What is myocardium?</h3>

The myocardium is the middle layer of the heart. It is the thickest layer between the single-layer endocardium and the outer epicardium. The myocardium is composed of cardiomyocytes.

The function of the myocardium is to facilitate the contraction and relaxation of the heart walls. It helps in the conduction of electrical stimuli.

Cardiac muscles are under to stimulate digoxin, dopamine. Cardiostimulatoy drug stimulate and enhances cardiac function increasing heart rate. Hypertension, Angina, myocardial infraction, and heart failure are some of the disorders related to the heart.

Therefore, Drugs that selectively stimulate the contraction of the myocardium are known as oxytocic agents.

Explain the function of mRNA, tRNA, and rRNA.
Vedmedyk [2.9K]
Function of mRNA
The mRNA is formed inside the nucleus in a process called transcription. This mRNA contain codon responsible for the formation of specific type of protein. In translation this mRNA is converted into protein.

Function of tRNA

tRNA is found in cytoplasm and possess amino acids. During translation they attach to the base pair of mRNA with the help of anti-codons.

Formation rRNA:
rRNA is the principle component of ribosome. Ribosome is that organelle which help in attachment of mRNA and contribute in translation.
