Because the accusers are primarily female and relatively young, the figures in document B back Upham.

Salem Village, a small hamlet in the Massachusetts Bay Colony (present-day Danvers, Massachusetts), went through a period of unrest and little political direction in the late 1600s.

Leading families were socially divided, and groups supporting and opposing Samuel Parris, the village's new preacher, were divided. They were driven to find out who had bewitched them after some young girls in the hamlet (two of whom were related to Parris) began acting strangely and had fits.

Trials, uproar, and a frenzy that produced additional allegations—often amongst the various factions—followed their initial claims.

which of the following was not a cause of world war 1? choices are american isolation or imperialist competition
Yanka [14]

Answer:

imperialist competition

Explanation:

The main cause for the World War I was the imperialist competition between the nations. Some of the nations thought that the political and economic influence and power and not redistributed evenly, and that they should be, so Germany and Austria-Hungary wanted some of the colonies that the other nation controlled. That was not seen fondly by the nations that had colonies, as they fought for those colonies and invested a lot in them. The tensions grew even more because of that so after the assassination of Franz Ferdinand, it was all triggered and the war started.

When was the first Nuremberg law passed?
Romashka-Z-Leto [24]
Hey there!

The first law was passed by the Nazis in an event called the "Enabling Act of 1933." The first two laws were called the Reichstag and the Reichsrat. It was supported by many Nazi followers, questionably by real support or by fear. It was eventually signed by Paul von Hindenburg on the same day it was introduced. This was around the time of March.

This didn't just put Hiter's ideologies into effect. It gave him sovereignty over everywhere he ruled, and this is arguably one of the "boosters" that gave him even more power.

Hope this helps!

jeyben [28]

Colonies with a large European settler population experienced more racial discrimination and racial segregation.

Explanation:

Racial discrimination occurs when people are discriminated against because of the color of their skin, or the origin of their ethnicity or race.

Racial discrimination can be in form of a refusal to share resources with, do business with, or socialize with people of a particular race or group.

Racial segregation refers to the technique of separating people into ethnic or any other of racial group in daily life.

This were what obtained most during the colonial era in which colonies with a large European settler population experienced more racial discrimination and racial segregation.
