A defendant is liable for injuries when he acted with willfulness, another term for willfulness is intent.

It shows a mental objective of the person who is doing it to intentionally harm the other person. It`s against the human rights to harm a person intentionally and everyone should understand this.

The defendant is responsible for the harm caused by him/her to the person, and should get proper punishment according to the laws depending on the harm.

This kind of behavior should not be acceptable anywhere and legal action should be taken on the person who harm other people intentionally for their personal grudges.
