This image illustrates an Anabolic process.

What is Anabolism?

 • The group of metabolic mechanisms known as anabolism create molecules out of smaller building blocks. These processes, commonly referred to as endergonic reactions, demand energy.
 • In contrast to catabolism, which is the breakdown process, anabolism is the process of constructing. Usually, anabolism and biosynthesis are used interchangeably.
 • Catabolism, in which big molecules are disassembled into smaller components and subsequently consumed in cellular respiration, fuels anabolism. Adenosine triphosphate is broken down to power a variety of anabolic activities (ATP).
 • Organs and tissues are built through anabolic processes. These processes result in the development, differentiation, and expansion of cells as well as a rise in body size.
 • The development and mineralization of bone and increases in muscle mass are two examples of anabolic processes.

What is a front?

-Air Masses and Fronts 9th grade science-
HELP ASAP
frez [133]

A air front is typically a transition zone between two unique temperature/humidity. Usually, one front would push the other away (typically if summer is hot, then the warm front will push away the cold, and for the winter, if it's cold, it's the opposite).

A stationary front, on the other hand, is when there is no change in the over all temperature for the region(s), and a occluded front is when the fronts mix, where it is followed by rain and a equillibrium of the temperature, whether to a warmer or cooler overall temperature.

The range of cattle egrets has expanded between 1937 and today. How would an ecologist likely explain the expansion of the cattl
Anit [1.1K]

A habitat left unoccupied by native herons and egrets met the biotic and abiotic requirements of the cattle egret transplants and their descendants

Answer: Option B

Explanation:

The cattle egret was a species of Heron to be first seen in Greater Caribbean Basin. They acquired their name “Cattle egret” as they were found to be co-existing with the grazing cattle and feeding on the insects that come out during grazing and also feed on the ticks present on the cattle’s body.

The cattle egret within a span of few years showed a dramatic increase in its population. This was attributed by their high reproduction rate leading to their extensive population growth. They also do not have any predators devouring them. They also feed on anything and everything to survive be it insects, rodents or small reptiles. They were good flyers and they were also able to get accustomed to their surroundings and reproduce.

If the Earths polar Ice melts the ocean levels will increase because of the increased amount of water. Some peninsulas and islands would decrease because they would sink from the risen water.
