For a human enzyme to function properly the temperature of the environment should range from 35 to 40°C. Thus, the most optimal temperature will be 38°C.

<h3>What are optimal conditions?</h3>

The optimal conditions are the set of conditions at which an enzyme shows maximum activity. The conditions such as temperature, pH, pressure, and solute concentration affect the activity of an enzyme in a chemical reaction.

The Human enzyme would function best on the temperature of 38°C because it is the closest temperature to the temperature of human body. The optimal temperature of most of the enzymes is in the range of 35 to 40°C.

A virus is combined with a host cell in molten nutrient agar and then poured over a sterile nutrient agar plate. After the agar
maria [59]

Answer:

The correct answer is B. The virus can infect the host.

Explanation:

  • As the host and the virus both remain in the agar plate, the virus is capable of infecting the host cells.
  • The host cell multiplies and grows by utilising the nutrient from the agar medium.
  • After the virus particles infect the host, they replicate inside the host and produce new progeny virions which get released out of the host cell by killing it.
  • The newly formed virions infect other host cells and the process continues.
  • The killing of the host cells by the viruses result in the generation of clear zones on the agar plate which is also known as the zone of exclusion.
  • In the zone of exclusion region, the host cells have been killed by the viruses.

What is Chargraff's law?
Andre45 [30]
Chargaff's law is a rule that in  DNA there is always equality in quantity between the bases A(adenine) and T(thymine) and between bases G(guanine) and C(cytosine). They were discovered by Austrian chemist named Erwin Chargaff. Composition of DNA varies from one species to another.

Which disorder results from the inflammation, rupture, or erosion of atheromatous plaque in the coronary arteries?
Shalnov [3]

Atherosclerosis is a progressive disorder that results from the inflammation, rupture, or erosion of atheromatous plaque in the coronary arteries due to the presence of some heavy blockage materials.

Coronary arteries are the path that supply blood to the heart muscle. Due to high cholesterol and high blood pressure, the inner wall of Coronary arteries becomes harder and blocks the passage of blood to the heart, which gradually causes the erosion of atheromatous plaque. The eroded materials will collect and one place and block the passage completely, and the person may die.

So this kind of progressive disorder is known as Atherosclerosis.
