Increased body fat and type 2 diabetes are risks associated with physical inactivity.

What is Type 2 Diabetes ?

• The most typical type of diabetes is this one.
• Your body doesn't utilise insulin effectively if you have type 2. Although type 2 diabetics can manufacture insulin, their cells develop a resistance to it.
• They make it harder for insulin to open them because they don't want to let glucose in, Insulin resistance is what causes this.
• Since the glucose is unable to enter the cells, it accumulates in the bloodstream and raises blood sugar levels.
• In a subsequent session, we'll learn more about insulin resistance. About 90% of instances of diabetes are of type 2, which is the most prevalent type.
