FDR's vision of government or simply President Franklin Delano Roosevelt's policy of government referred to his belief that the central or federal government had to be at the center of social welfare to its citizens and also put in regular reforms to prevent abuse of this social welfare to the citizens.

<h3>What is a Government?</h3>

This refers to the term that describes and defines a group of persons that has the power and authority to govern and oversee a group of persons under the auspices of an office.

Hence, it can be seen that when Franklin Delano Roosevelt was president of America, his government policy was to improve on social welfare as he believed it was the government's duty to provide and care for her citizens and he brought out what is known as 3R in order to provide for the poor in the country.
